My birthday

It was a little strange to celebrate my birthday away from family and friends. It was a little mellow since it was during the week but Peter, Jake and I went to Red Robin and grabbed some burgers, then we headed home for some cake. Peter went to Nothing Bundt Cakes, my favorite cake so that was great! Jake got me a dump truck :-) and Peter got me a sewing machine and later a bicycle. That weekend, my parents flew in to visit. It was so nice to see them! And then, since we had babysitters, Peter and I went to The Melting Pot for a nice dinner, just the two of us! It was a quiet birthday but I'm glad I was with my family. And of course, I didn't get any pictures...
