Our nephew, Landon Gregory, was born on April 23rd at 5:27 pm, weighing in at 8 lbs, 2 oz. and 21 in tall. We were so excited to meet him...so much so, we went to Temecula two weekends in a row to get in as much as we could of him! Jake loved meeting his cousin and was so gentle with him. He wanted to hold him as much as he could and when he did hold him, he would just slowly stroke his little head. It was so cute!
Peter's parents came to meet Landon during the second visit to celebrate Greek Easter. We came on a Thurs night and actually took some time off on Fri to go to the beach. We went to Del Mar, had lunch and spent some time playing in the water, collecting shells and laying in the sun. We realized how much we really missed it and want to move back to California some day!
Then we spent much of the weekend at Uncle D and Auntie Zimmy's house visiting and holding Landon when he wasn't eating. We had a nice Greek Easter dinner with Peter's family and Zimmy's parents. It was nice having some homemade Greek food!
