So I guess we can start the countdown to Jake's 2nd birthday (so crazy!) Here is his 19 month update which will soon be followed by his 20 month update since we are only a few days away from that. :-)
*His new obsession: He loves anything to do with trains especially Thomas the Tank Engine. We took him to Roaring Camp a few weeks ago and he had a blast!
*New words: Muntee (monkey), Not nice (to his toy alligator that ‘bit’ him), Momas (Thomas), bug, bee (which makes the sound 'beeeeeeeeeeeeeee'), no more, dad-eeeee (he's moving away from 'dada' - so sad!), peek a BOO, ok, gogee/gog (doggy/dog)
*He can repeat the ABC’s and we are working on colors and numbers.
*He is a little firecracker...the "terrible twos" is starting already
*He got his first big boo boo on his finger and refuses to use his left hand now. Although the new Spongebob bandaids we got him make him feel a little better
